Malia + Kevin's New Hampshire Wedding

Would you just look at Malia & Kevin's GORGEOUS New Hampshire wedding!? If you are planning a relaxed, weekend getaway style wedding with your close family and friends, this is how you do it!

The festivities started on Friday night at Stepping Stones Farm & Event Center near Manchester, NH. All of the guests gathered for a cookout and bonfire to build the excitement for Saturday. A beautiful night spent under the stars!

As we've found for these weekend getaway type weddings, the morning of the wedding usually involves lots of low key, low stress activities for the couple and their guests to enjoy. Malia & Kevin treated their guests to an array of lawn games and a relaxing picnic to ease into the getting ready portion of the day.

There was no real ceremony planned for the day since Malia & Kevin had been officially married prior to this celebration (#pandemicwedding) so we had plenty of time for LOTS of portraits around the Stepping Stone grounds. As we kept photoing the light just got better and better and it was one of those sessions that we never wanted to end! Their color palette didn't hurt either! So pretty, especially tying the bouquet into the earthy tones of the late September air.

The rest of the evening was spent with a quick, informal speech by the couple and then dinner & dessert featuring Malia's homemade pies! She is a professional baker and we had been dreaming of tasting one after being quite the fans on instagram! They did not disappoint. :)

The party then moved on to one of the barns on the property where they had setup a small dance floor and the party continued into the night.

The BEST part of the day? At one time on the dance floor there was a conga line with FOUR couples whom we had previously photographed their weddings! Moments like that are so special to us and it is definitely one we will treasure forever. That and the pies. We will also treasure those pies forever. ;)
