Trey + John's West Point Wedding

Trey + John's West Point Wedding was our second time photoing a wedding at the historic military campus, but it was our first time for a ceremony in the iconic Cadet Chapel!

It was an absolutely gorgeous early fall day in Late September and while the leaves weren't changing yet, we got spectacular, summertime views of the Hudson River at Trophy Point. Every time we look at the splendor of that river it reminds us of how blessed we are to reside in Upstate New York. Especially at this time of year! While writing this in late October, the leaves are in full color and Halloween is approaching and it honestly can't be beat!

Trey and John seriously couldn't have picked a better day though because the sun was shining and if you're gonna have a dress like Trey's, you're gonna want it to sparkle like a mirrorball in the sun! And shine it did!

We did most of the portraits after the ceremony inside (and out front of) Cadet Chapel and then drove up to Trophy Point for the family and bridal party photos. We also did some solo photos of Trey & John there too.

After that, it was off to Thayer Hotel for the reception, a dress change into another sparkly dress (BRAVO) and dancing into the night.
